We occasionally let our clients vent about bad customer service.  

List of businesses over the years that have provided less than optimal customer service per our customers:

WTD distributors - poor communication

Hewlett-Packard (2 recalled notebooks/one printer) - all unresolved failures

Hankook Tire- failed to replace a brand new racing tire when rubber separated from the bead during mounting.  Buyer beware.

Optima batteries....their 2x longer life claim has not been substantiated in any customer's car/truck.  Optima failed to replace a 30 month old battery that discharged to 10v and could not be revived.  $500 wasted on 2 commercial batteries D31T.  Stick with sealed traditional batteries.
